The institution was established in 1985 by some social activists and renowned educationists to revive our ancient philosophy of education to some extent by producing future citizens of this country who have high moral character, strong patriotic feelings and realization of great Indian values which make them real human beings.
The school is run by Sarvhitkari Education Society – a State Unit of Vidya Bharti; an all India educational institute one of the largest institutions in the world having 30685 schools and colleges in which 32 lacs students are getting education from 1,31,000 teachers all over the country. In Punjab state 54630 students are receiving education under the able and careful guidance of 2612 teachers in 247 schools.
The institution houses classes from Pre-Nursery to XII in which 1776 students are getting quality education by devoted and competent teachers. The medium of instruction is Hindi and English. But in Senior Secondary classes the medium of instruction for Science is only English and both Hindi & English for Commerce.
